What we’re looking for:

revVana is looking for a data-driven and creative professional to join our marketing team and help accelerate growth. In this role, you will have the chance to execute a variety of programs and learn from the coaching and guidance of the Head of Marketing. You will get the chance to see the results of your efforts by working closely with your sales and partner teams, playing a major role in building and scaling our growth engine. Your core focus will be to create and execute awareness and demand generation marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You will get the chance to try new things, break the molds in a high cadence environment with a lot of fun people to work with.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Drive lead generation and engagement within our target segments and personas by using a variety of digital and traditional acquisition channels to generate interactions for our sales organization.
  • Plan, develop, and execute demand generation and marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, lead nurturing, email campaigns, webinars, account-based marketing, direct mail, and other digital programs that feed our sales teams with qualified leads.
  • Own the webinar program from concept through to promotion, logistics, and follow-up, including direct, third party, and partner webinars.
  • Create conversion-optimized copy for emails and landing pages that promote our campaigns targeting our various personas.
  • Develop multi-touch omnichannel nurture programs to engage prospects and move them through the funnel.
  • Work closely with business development and account executive teams to develop enablement materials and feedback loops for continuous optimization.
  • Analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights and make data-based adjustments.
  • Manage all aspects of revVana HubSpot instance (or future marketing automation platform), including day-to-day administration, integrations, and data syncs with Salesforce.
  • Manage and ensure high proficiency and use by team members of other MarTech products (LeadLander, Mailshake, Calendly, etc)
  • Manage revVana social channels and post content regularly that supports ongoing initiatives (Facebook, LinkedIn)

 

What you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth or demand generation in a fast-growing, start-up environment. B2B SaaS strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with CRM and marketing automation tools; SFDC and HubSpot preferred.
  • Experience with engaging content creation for awareness and demand generation campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication skills: you will be developing conversion-optimized copy for email, landing pages, ads, etc.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative team player and self-starter, able to work well with senior leadership.
