Meet Our Team

Ted Serentelos

Chief Executive Officer

Ted Serentelos joined revVana with 20 years of technology and software experience and is leading the strategic and operational direction of the company. Prior to revVana, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Telogis, Inc., a SaaS-based location intelligence platform until its sale to Verizon Communications in 2016. Ted brings strong experience in strategic development and managing rapid growth of SaaS software companies. He has a keen appreciation for the revenue challenges that revVana is solving for its customers, having faced them as an executive at Telogis. Prior to Telogis, Ted held positions in strategy consulting with Cambridge Technology Partners and Novell, Inc.

Ted earned a Master of Business Administration with honors from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago in Strategic and Financial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

Greg Lewis

President & Founder

Greg leveraged 25+ years of business and technology experience to launch revVana. Previously, Greg served as CEO of Wave6, a Platinum Salesforce Partner, CEO of Emerging Solutions, a Platinum Oracle Partner and leading Microsoft Partner. Prior to starting and leading consultancies he held positions at Coopers & Lybrand and other firms. Greg brings in depth knowledge around analytics, CRM, ERP and FP&A applications. In addition, he has served as an industry expert around multiple topics including leveraging analytics and machine learning and aligning Sales, Operations and Finance.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management with a Minor in Computer Science from Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.

Kaushik Ruparel

Co-Founder, CTO

Kaush helped launch Salesforce Wave (now Einstein) Analytics at Dreamforce 2014, he was part of the Analytics Center of Excellence and two of his pilot applications were featured in Marc Benioff’s and Alex Dayon’s keynotes. Before Salesforce, he architected solutions based on Oracle Endeca product suite and has over 15 years of consulting experience implementing search-index based e-commerce and analytics applications.

Kaush holds a masters degree in Information Technology from Karnataka State Open University and is a graduate of National Institute of Information Technology, India. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Bio-chemistry and Microbiology from Mumbai University.

Neha Kapuria

Head of Strategy & Operations

Neha is responsible for strategy, operations, and finance at revVana. Previously, Neha was Head of Business Performance Strategy & Analytics at Telogis, Inc., a SaaS-based location intelligence platform acquired by Verizon in 2016, where she focused on maximizing and accelerating revenue growth potential, building strategies for profitability optimization, identifying areas for operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction improvements, and managing change implementation for operational improvements. Most recently, Neha worked as a Sr. Director of Strategy at Verizon Connect after its acquisition of Telogis, where she focused on setting strategic objectives by identifying industry threats and disruptors and strategizing responses to convert them to opportunities for the newly integrated company.

Neha graduated from Columbia University in the City of New York with a degree in Economics and Mathematics.

Dave Cozzens

Board Chairman

Dave Cozzens is the former CEO of Telogis, a global enterprise Software-as-a-Service company, headquartered in Aliso Viejo, Calif. Under his leadership Telogis grew from a start-up to become one of the dominant players in the connected vehicle/IoT mobility market which led to its acquisition by Verizon Communications. Recently he was also an advisor and served on the board of Digital Map Products until its acquisition by Lightbox. Prior to Telogis, Mr. Cozzens held several senior executive positions at Novell Corporation including Vice President of Operations for Novell Americas, General Manager for the Midwest and Federal businesses as well as Vice President of North America Consulting. Mr. Cozzens was the Vice President of Consulting at Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP) before its acquisition by Novell. He also launched and led CTP’s Strategy Management Consulting practices in the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Cozzens earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and a dual MBA degree in International Business from the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business)/University of South Carolina. He currently serves on the boards of revVana, a Saas Revenue Operations platform and Tebra, a provider of cloud-based clinical and practice management software for independent healthcare practices.

Susan Heystee

Board Member

Susan Heystee most recently served as Senior Vice President of Verizon’s Global Automotive business. Prior to joining Verizon, Susan was the Executive Vice President of Sales at Telogis, a global enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) company providing location technology solutions for fleet and mobile workforce management. Under Susan’s leadership, Telogis grew from a start-up to one of the dominant players in the rapidly growing connected vehicle/smart mobility market, resulting in its acquisition by Verizon Communications in August 2016. Susan is also a board member at Ouster (Chair), ChargePoint, and Rhumbix.

Susan graduated with a degree in Advanced Management Program from Harvard University.

Kyle Messman

Board Member

Kyle Messman is the Founder and Managing Partner of South Bay Ventures, a venture capital firm he founded in 2018 to make early-stage investments in cloud technology companies. He currently serves as a Venture Partner with Fontinalis Partners, LLC, a venture capital firm with $270 million of committed capital that invests in next-generation mobility. Kyle was a Financial Sponsor and Board Member (Audit Committee Chair) of Motion Acquisition Corp. which was SPAC targeting acquisitions in the enterprise software and mobility space which successfully merged with DocGo (NASDAQ: DCGO) in November 2021. He was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Velocify, Inc., a SaaS based sales acceleration platform acquired by Ellie Mae (NYSE: ELLI) for $128 million in November 2017. Prior to that, he was a lead angel and the only Chief Financial Officer of Telogis, a SaaS provider of fleet and mobile resource management solutions to large enterprises, until its acquisition by Verizon (NYSE: VZ) for $900 million in August 2016. He previously spent several years as an investment banker focused on mergers and financings in technology and business services. Additionally, Kyle serves on the Board of Directors of a number of privately held businesses.

Kyle earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University.
